Im so sorry 2 hear about ur loss. Phoebe sit on the clouds by day and the stars by night and watch over you loved ones and make sure they are alrite. young ones

why do all the good ones, young ones have to die why...i don't know much about phoebe but but i know she was young and beautiful i feel sorry for those that have killed this young girl didn't even reach the age of 9 didn't even start her life properly...if only we had the power to turn back the hands of time...i send my condolences to phoebe's family...i will pray...she is in a better place high above...bless!
